PAIN OF SALVATION: Temporary Bassist Announced

Sweden's PAIN OF SALVATION has recruited bassist Simon Andersson (BOSSON, OUTSHINE) as a "temporary tour member" following the departure of Kristoffer Gildenlöw (younger brother of PAIN OF SALVATION frontman Daniel Gildenlöw) early last year. A permanent replacement for Kristoffer is not expected to be announced until later this year.

PAIN OF SALVATION's new album, "Scarsick", is scheduled for release later this month. The album is a concept effort and it clocks in at 67 minutes. The track listing is as follows:
